12号侧孔针头与斜面针头配药对胶塞碎屑形成的影响研究

摘　　要：目的探讨用12号侧孔针头与斜面针头穿刺胶塞配药减少碎屑形成的最佳方法,为临床提供指导。方法用12号侧孔、斜面针头以垂直进针穿刺法,分别用左向法、右向法、上向法及下向法穿刺同一批号奥格门汀各100瓶,观察胶塞碎屑形成情况,并将结果进行统计学处理。结果使用12号侧孔针头和斜面针头穿刺胶塞加药碎屑形成比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);12号侧孔针头加药形成胶塞碎屑组间比较情况,经统计学分析,χ2=0.39,P>0.05,差异无统计学意义;12号斜面针头加药形成胶塞碎屑组间比较情况,经统计学分析,χ2=0.028,P<0.05,差异有统计学意义,以针头向左穿刺胶塞碎屑形成率最高。结论采用12号斜面针头加药,最好避免针头向左,它可以减少穿刺胶塞时碎屑的形成。Objective To explore the best way to reduce the forming of debris of rubber stopper by using No. 12 side-hole pinhead and No. 12 incline-hole pinhead to puncture into sealed bottles, and to supply the indication to clinic nursing. Methods With the same kind of No. 12 side-hole pinhead and the same kind of No. 12 incline-hole pinhead, vertically 100 sealed bottles of augmentin were punctured in different directions, to observe the forming of debris of rubber stopper. The Results were analyzed. Results There was no significant difference in debris of rubber stopper between No. 12 side-hole pinhead and No. 12 incline-hole pinhead. When No. 12 side-hole pinhead was used, there were no significant difference between punctures in four directions; When No. 12 incline-hole pinhead was used, there were significant differences, and the forming rate of debris of rubber stopper was highest when pinhead was punctured in the left direction. Conclusions It is better to avoid needling toward the left direction, which may reduce the forming of debris of rubber stopper when No. 12 incline-hole pinhead is used to puncture vertically into rubber stopper.
