摘 要:目的通过研究松花粉对砷中毒大鼠的血砷含量、血清谷胱甘肽过氧化物酶(GSH-PX)活性的影响,来检测松花粉对砷中毒大鼠的防护作用。方法将54只SD大鼠随机分为3组:即正常对照组、治疗组、中毒对照组。正常对照组饮用蒸馏水;治疗组、中毒对照组均隔天注射NaAsO2(8mg/kg)进行砷染毒,治疗组在砷染毒第15天后开始用松花粉灌胃(6.25g/kg)。至第45天,分别测各组血清中坤含量及GSH-PX活性。结果治疗组与正常对照组相比,两项指标差异均有显著性(P<0.05)。与中毒对照组比,两项指标差异有显著性(P<0.05)。结论松花粉能降低血砷含量,能提高GSH-PX活性,它有排血砷,提高抗氧化能力作用。Objective To explore the protective effect of Pine Pollen on arsenic (As) poisoning rats by measuring the content of serum As and the activity of Glutathione Peroxide (GSH- PX). Methods 54 SD rats were randomly allocated to three groups, Group A (the normal group), Group B (the treated group) and Group C (the poisoned group). Group A were given distilled water from the beginning. Group B and group C were given injection with NaAsO2, 8mg/kg once every other day. After 15 days, Group B were intragastrically administrated with pine pollen, 6.25g/kg. Up to 45 days, the content of As and the activity of GHS- PX in serum were tested respectively. Results In comparison to Group B and Group A, the content of serum As in Group 3 increased remarkably ( P 〈 0.01), while the activity of GSH- PX decreased apparently ( P 〈 0.05 or 0.01). The comparison between Group B and Group A, the two indexes did not differed significantly ( P 〈 0.05). Conclusion Pine Pollen can enhance the GSH- PX activity and increase, anti - oxidation ability by decreasing the content of blood As.
