摘 要:白色有机电致发光二极管(whiteorganiclight-emittingdiodes,WOLED)在过去12年间获得了巨大的发展,有望成为下一代高效固态光源。器件结构的改进和优化,新型材料的设计和合成以及电致磷光材料的普遍使用,使得目前WOLED的能量效率已经超过了传统的白炽光源。本文将涉及数种传统的和最新的WOLED结构,探讨其中的优势和不足,并对WOLED面临的机遇和挑战做出评述。White organic light-emitting diodes (WOLEDs) have made great progress over the last twelve years to demonstrate that these devices are now being considered as efficient solid-state lighting sources. Recently, the power efficiencies of WOLEDs have surpassed those of conventional incandescent sources because of the improvements and optimizations in device structures, design and synthesis of novel materials, and the application of electrophosphorescent emitters. The advantages and disadvantages of several types of traditional and novel WOLED structures are discussed in this review. The opportunities and challenges to their future development are also noted.
