糖肾灵治疗早期糖尿病肾病临床研究

摘　　要：目的观察以健脾补肾、活血化瘀为治法组成的中药糖肾灵对早期糖尿病肾病的治疗作用,并探讨其机理。方法对符合纳入标准的早期糖尿病肾病患者70例进行观察治疗。以2个月为1个疗程。以临床症状、血脂、血糖、糖化血红蛋白、血液流变学、尿白蛋白排泄率、尿β2微球蛋白等为观察指标。结果糖肾灵不仅可明显改善早期糖尿病肾病患者的临床症状,而且可明显降低患者血糖、糖化血红蛋白、血脂、血液流变学指标,并且可显著减少患者尿微量白蛋白、尿β2微球蛋白。结论糖肾灵既能改善早期糖尿病肾病患者的高血糖、高血脂及血液流变学异常,又能减少其尿蛋白排泄,保护肾功能。说明糖肾灵治疗早期糖尿病肾病疗效确切。Objective To observe the effect of Chinese medicine Tangshenling, which can increase function of spleen and kidney and, remove blood stasis, on early Diabetic Nephropathy, and explore the mechanism.Methods 70 eases of early diabetic nephropathy were observed for comparation with 2 months as a course of treatment. The observing indexes were clinical symptoms, blood fat, blood sugar, HbA1c, UAER, Urine β2-MG. Results Tangshenling could evidently not only improve the symptoms of early DN patients but also decrease blood fat, blood sugar, UAER, HbA1c and Urine β2-MG. Conclusion Tangshenling could improve the high blood sugar, high blood fat of the early DN patients, decrease UAER, protect kidney function, which proves Tangshenling has definite curative effect on early DN.
