摘　　要：医院信息系统(HIS)的建立是一个历史性的大趋势,本文从HIS软件的配置,硬件的购买,后期维护以及领导重视四个方面,结合本院医院信息系统实施的实际情况,阐述了HIS在前期建立和后期维护过程中应该注意的要点,力求建立完备的医院信息系统,真正实现数字化医院。The establishment of the Hospital Information System（HIS） is a historic trend. This text expounded the points that should notice in the building and maintenance of HIS from the software, the purchase of the hardware, the maintenance of HIS and the leaders＂ recognition four aspects. Combining the instance of our hospital, it is trying hard for the establishment of a complete Hospital Information System and achieving the real numeral hospital.
