摘　　要：由于软件项目中的需求变更而导致软件项目失败的案例越来越多,所以解决需求变更的问题已经被许多软件公司列入了重要的流程化管理中。详细分析了需求变更产生的原因、带来的影响以及涉及的人员范围,提出了需求变更管理流程中的记录需求变更的基本属性、规范需求变更的评审流程、明确需求变更的任务分配、及时验证需求变更的实施结果四个方法,并提出了一种实用的需求变更控制主流程。The number of software projects which are in troubles because of the requirement changes during the development is increasing, so that many software companies have put how to solve the problems of the requirement changes into their critical flowing management. Detail why requirement changes are generated, how the changes influence the whole project, and who are participants in the process. Propose the methods of describing the basic attributes of the requirement changes that recorded in the flowing process of the management, regulating the evaluation process, determining the task assignment, and timely checking the outcome of realizing the task. And finally, suggest a practical main flowing process of management of the requirement changes.
