摘　　要：金属熔液质量检测手段的改进和普及是整体提高铸造水平的关键。根据国内铸造行业现状,提出一种熔液质量检测设备基于嵌入式Linux平台的实现,并详细讨论了该嵌入式Linux平台的建立过程、系统软硬件的定制、小型用户图形界面的实现,以及基于该平台的应用设计与实现。The improvement and popularization of the measurement of melting quality are critical to the development of the e.asting level in our country. Considering the nowadays situation of our casting corporation, this article puts forward a realization of a device for measuring the melting quality based on embedded Linux. Also, detailed the constructing process of embedded Linux, the customization of software and hardware, the realization of the tiny graph user interface and the design and realization of application.
