摘　　要：近年来,各地政府不遗余力地利用招商引资的渠道来大力发展当地经济。通过对当前招商引资中出现的有悖招商引资原意的现象进行了剖析,并提出一些建议:由全民招商到理性招商;由粗放型招商到集约型招商;由政策招商到诚信招商;由政府招商到中介招商;由外埠招商到本地招商。In recent years, in order to develop local economy, almost every local government takes great efforts to bid for investment. This article is to analyze the phenomena that conflict the regulations of bidding for investment and give some constructive advice： first, from citizens＇ to reasonable bidding; second, from quantity to quality bidding; third, from policy to credit bidding; fourth, from government to agent bidding; fifth, from other places＇ to local places＇ bidding.
