摘　　要：为适应铝合金车轮技术的高速发展,使铝合金车轮产品达到国际先进水平,必须要提高现有摩托车铝合金车轮强度性能指标。原标准中的部分强度性能指标比较原则缺少可操作性,如各项疲劳试验完成后,缺少对车轮变形量的具体指标,在标准修改时,需再进行细化、再补充部分性能指标。For the purpose of catering to the high speed development of aluminum alloy wheel engineering of motorcycle to help the wheel to come up to international advanced levels, it is necessary to improve the existing strength performance index related to motorcycle aluminum alloy wheels. Some indexes written in the original standard are quite abstract and not operational, for example, the specific index concerning wheel deformation magnitude is not available in the standard,
