摘 要:鉴于低温(低于12℃)条件下兼性生化工艺难以满足进入后续生态单元COD及TP处理要求,拟采用强化混凝法作为低温季节补充工艺。研究表明:在低于12℃时采用单一混凝剂PAC(聚合氯化铝)处理效果好于其他单一混凝剂,投加助凝剂PAM可以小幅度提高浊度去除率,考虑实际应用,确定最佳投药方式为单一混凝剂PAC。在最佳混凝条件下PAC投加量为70mg/L时,COD、浊度及TP平均去除率分别为82.75%、98.10%、96.50%,高于兼性生化较高温度处理效果,可满足后续生态处理要求,故采用强化混凝法作为兼性生化工艺低温条件补充工艺切实可行。As a complementary measures, the enhanced coagulation process was used for the treatment of domestic sewage at low temperature, The resuits showed that the treating effect of single coagulant PAC was better than that of other single coagulants when temperature was lower than 12℃; dosing coagulant aid PAM could raise turbidity removal rate at a smaller range; in consideration of practical application, dosing single coagulant PAC could bc determined to be the optimal dosing way; under the condition of the optimal coagulation, the average removal rates of COD, turbidity and TP when PAC dosage was 70mg/L were 82.75%,98.10% and 96.50% respectively; they were superior to the effect of facultative biochemical treatment at higher temperature; thus ,the enhanced coagulation process, as a complementary one, was feasible for the facultative biological treatment process of domestic sewage at low temperature.
