摘 要:考察了减压膜蒸馏淡化高浓度盐溶液过程中料液温度、浓度、冷侧真空度对膜通量及截留率的影响,结果表明:温度与膜的渗透通量成指数关系;浓度对膜渗透通量的影响呈倒S形;冷侧真空度拐点后膜的通量与膜两侧水蒸汽分压平方根的差成直线关系,这种关系说明了水蒸汽在膜孔内的传质过程是以扩散为主;将减压膜蒸馏过程应用于新疆某地下电导率达到102500μS/cm的地下苦咸水淡化处理,可获得馏出液电导率均小于10μS/cm的较好效果。设计了出水量约为1m3/h的减压膜蒸馏装置,并初步进行了经济评价。Altair, Desalination of high concentration salt solution by vacuum membrane distillation was studied and the effects of heat-side temperature feed concentration, cold-side vacuum degree on permeation flux were investigated. The experimental results showed that the relationship between temperature and permeation flux was in a form of exponential. After inflexion, the permeation flux is directly proportional to the difference of the square root of the vapour partial pressure on both sides of the membrane. The linear relation showed that the main way ofwater vapour across the membrane was diffusion. The feed concentration had little effect on the permeation flux when salt solution reached a certain degree. The conductivity of the distillate could drop to 10μS/cm when the process was applied to the desalination of brackish water in Luobupo of Xinjiang.
