摘　　要：提出复杂性的普遍性,并基于复杂性思维对经济领域和管理领域中理论认识的误区进行了分析。并指出:传统理论在面对复杂性时往往采用忽视与回避、解构、修补、多元化的模式进行处理,从而造成这些理论的传统化。First, points out the universal phenomena of complexity. Then, based on the complexity thinking, analyzes the cognition astray in economic ＆ managerial theories. Third, discuss three kinds of modes which are used to deal with complexity in these theories, namely omitting and blenching, decomposing, pluralistic. Due to these unseemly modes, and compared with the new complexity thinking it can be found that these theories tend to be conventionality.
