摘  要:[目的]通过对某企业一起甲型副伤寒疫情的调查,摸索引起该次疫情的流行因素,从而为今后控制甲型副伤寒疫情流行提供经验。[方法]通过描述和分析病例三间分布、流行病学接触史(饮水、饮食和与病人接触)特征等初步得出引起流行的可能传染来源、传播途径和危险因素,再对病例进行流行因素病例对照研究,以1︰2匹配,计算OR值进行分析。[结果]经流行病学调查分析认为某企业甲型副伤寒疫情主要是进食不洁食物及跟甲型副伤寒病人密切接触引起。[结论]本次疫情是一起因食物污染,直接或者间接与甲型副伤寒病人密切接触而引起的流行。[Objective] To rind out the prevailing factors of epidemic situation through the investigation of a first type paratyphoid that took place in one enterprise. To offer experience for controlling the first type paratyphoid in the future . [ Methods] Through describing and analyzing the three cases distribution and the exposure history of epidemiology (drinking water, diet and exposed to patient), etc. We could find out the source of infection, route of transmisson and dangerous factor preliminarily that caused the epidemic situation. Then, making the case comparative study of the epidemic factor by 1 : 2 matching, the OR value was calculated to be analyzed. [ Results] According to epidemiology investigation and analysis, eating unclean food and keeping in close touch with the first type paratyphoid patient~ were considered to be the main causes of this epidemic situation in the enterprise. [ Conclusions ]This epidemic situation is prevalence caused by food pollution and keeping in close touch with the first type paratyphoid patient directly or indirectly.
