摘 要:以耐盐性不同的两个小麦品系89122和9614为材料,研究了NaCl处理对其幼苗叶片H2O2、MDA及SOD、CAT和APX等生理指标的影响.NaCl处理后89122和9614小麦幼苗叶片中H2O2的含量都增加.检测MDA含量显示:150 mmol.L-1NaCl处理12 h和24 h,89122小麦叶片MDA含量变化不明显,处理48 h MDA含量与对照比增加约为30%;同样,NaCl处理使9614幼苗叶片内MDA含量增加.150 mmol.L-1NaCl处理后89122小麦叶片SOD活性增加;而9614小麦叶片SOD的活性与对照比变化不明显.盐处理的早期89122小麦叶片的CAT活性变化不明显,处理48 h后活性比对照增加约20%;而盐处理使9614小麦的CAT活性明显下降.150 mmol.L-1NaCl处理12,24,48 h使89122叶片APX活性分别增加为对照的135%、133%和119%,而9614小麦叶片中APX活性分别降为对照的73%、70%和71%.实验结果表明:NaCl处理使89122和9614小麦叶片中H2O2、MAD含量增加,但89122小麦增加的幅度明显小于9614小麦.此外,盐胁迫使89122小麦叶片的SOD、CAT和APX活性增加;但9614小麦SOD活性变化不明显,而CAT和APX活性明显抑制.The physiological indexes in response to salinity treatment are investigated in two wheat seedling leaves, cv. 89122 and cv. 9614. After NaCI treatment the amount of H2O2 increases in the leaves of two wheat cuhivars. There is no change in MDA content when 89122 wheat seedlings are exposed to 150 mmol· L^-1 NaCI for 12 h and 24 h, respectively, but about 30% of them is increased for 48 h. Similarly, MDA level in the leaves is increased in 9614 under NaCl stress. Investigation of SOD activities show that NaCl treatment induce significant enhancement of the SOD activities in 89122, but no changes happened in 9614. Compared with the control, there is slight decrease of the CAT activities before 48 h, and about 20% of them is increased in the leaves of 89122 after NaCl treatment for 48 h, but there is dramatic reduce in the leaves of 9614. Furthermore, about 135%, 133% and 119% increase in the APX activities are observed in 89122 after 12 h, 24 h and 48 h under 150mM NaCl treatment, but 73%, 70% and 71% decrease in 9614. The results suggest that salt stress can mediate the content of H2O2 and MDA in leaves of two wheat varieties. In addition, the activities of SOD. CAT and APX are increased in the 89122 wheat leaves exposed to NaCl treatment; SOD activity has no change in 9614 wheat leaves under salt stress, but the activities of CAT and APX are inhibited remarkably.
