前列腺液中MIP-2水平与慢性非细菌性前列腺炎的相关性研究

摘　　要：目的研究MIP-2在正常人和慢性非细菌性前列腺炎（CPPS）患者前列腺液中的平均水平。并对其在前列腺液中含量的变化与CPPS的相关性做进一步探讨。方法采用竞争性酶联免疫吸附试验方法测定前列腺液中MIP-2水平。结果MIP-2在CPPS患者前列腺液和在正常人前列腺液中的含量分别为（3．9±1．6）pmol／L和（1．7±0．6）pmol／L。MIP-2在CPPS患者前列腺液中的含量明显高于其在正常人群前列腺液中的含量。差异非常显著（P〈0．01）。结论MIP-2在CPPS患者前列腺液中的含量明显高于其在正常人前列腺液中的含量，有统计学差异。MIP-2在CPPS的发病过程中起主导作用，其作用可能为细胞因子间网络作用的一部分，其在前列腺液中的含量测定有助于诊断CPPS。Objectives To study and compare the level of MIP - 2 in healthy volunteers and patients with chronic abacterial prostatitis or chronic pelvic pain syndrome （CPPS）, and to investigate whether association of the change on the level of MIP - 2 in prostatic secretion with CPPS. Methods A competitive ELISA was used to test MIP - 2 in prostatic secretion. Results Results The mean levels of MIP - 2 were （ 1.7 ± 0.6 ） pmol/L and （3.9 ± 1.6 ）pmol/L in prostatic secretion of healthy volunteers and patients with CPPS , respoctively; the level of MIP - 2 in prostatic secretion of the patients with CPPS was significantly higher than that of the healthy individuals （ P 〈0. 01 ）. Conclusions The level of MIP - 2 in prostatic secretion of the patients with CPPS was significantly higher than that of the healthy volunteers. MIP - 2 has a leader function in the process of CPPS, and it＇s function maybe an important party of whole cytokine network, MIP -2 can become a good maker of the prostatic secretion for diagnosis of CPPS.
