摘　　要：目的探讨腔内隔绝术治疗降主动脉夹层的效果。方法回顾分析我院2002年5月至2005年10月间行腔内隔绝术治疗6例降主动脉夹层患者的临床资料。结果6例手术均获成功，无相关并发症发生。结论腔内隔绝术治疗降主动脉夹层是一种安全有效的方法。Objective To assess the effect of endovascular graft exclusion （EVGE） on the treatment of descending aortic dissection. Methods Treated with EVGE clinical data were retrospectively analyzed on 6 cases of descending aortic dissection since May 2002 to October 2005. Results All the operations were successfully performed. No related accidents were observed. Conclusion EVGE is an effective and safe treatment for the patients with descending aortic disscction.
