摘　　要：现有的辊式楔横轧机刚度好,但模具加工复杂且成形精度差,而板式楔横轧机模具加工简单且成形精度好,但刚度差。针对板压滚动塑性精成形机(发明专利95109500.5)存在模板距离调整不方便以及氧化皮难以清除等问题,设计了可调板式楔横轧机,详细介绍了可调板式楔横轧机的结构、检测与控制系统。Due to the stiffness of the cross wedge rolling machine is high,but the die machining is difficult and the forming precision is low; while the die machining of the flat wedge cross rolling machine is easy and the forming precision is high, but the stiffness is low. So the principles and design of the Plate-rolling Plastic Precise Forming Machine were brought forward. Furthermore, for the primary problem in the above machine, the improvement of the machine was expatiated with solving the difficulty of the distance adjustment between the upper template and the under template, the descaling and the safety apparatus, etc. Lastly, the design of the measuring and control system was introduced.
