摘　　要：心室率控制是房颤治疗的一种有效手段,而房室交界区消融加永久起搏器植入术是治疗药物难治性房颤的一项成熟技术,但是在房室交界区消融术后早期可发生室性快速性心律失常及猝死。现就其发生机制和预防措施作一综述。Rate control is an acceptable alternative to rhythm control in patients with atrial fibrillation. Radiofrequeney ablation of the atrioventricular junction and pacemaker implantation is an established technique for drug refractory atrial fibrillation, but this procedure is associated with ventricular tachyarrhythmia and sudden death in early period after ablation. This article discusses the mechanisms of arrhythmia and the methods of prevention.
