摘　　要：近年来,越来越多的研究结果表明β2肾上腺素能受体基因多态性与高血压、肥胖等疾病密切相关。通过对二者的研究,我们可以从分子水平上探讨心血管、肥胖等疾病的病因,从而为这些疾病的防治提供新的思路。Recent research suggests a close relationship between the gene polymorphism of β2-adrenoceptor and cardiovascular diseases and obesity. Study of this relationship, and consideration of the molecular aspects of the causes of these diseases should lead to new approaches to the prevention and clinical treatment of these diseases.
