摘　　要：目的 总结口腔癌根治斜方肌肌皮瓣同期修复术手术期的护理经验。方法 对16例口腔癌根治斜方肌肌皮瓣同期修复术患者的临床资料及手术配合过程进行回顾性分析，总结该手术的配合要点。结果 本组16例手术配合顺利，术后均无发生感染。1例发生组织瓣坏死，其余病例组织瓣均成活，舌功能恢复良好。结论 术前物品准备齐全，熟悉手术步骤，术中配合熟练，严格执行无菌无瘤技术操作是确保手术成功的关键。Objective To summarize the operative matching points of oral cancer radical operation and the trapezius myocutaneous flap prothesis at the same time. Methods Summarized the operative matching points from 16 patients who have accepted the oral cancer radical operation and the trapezius myocutaneous flap prothesis at the same time. Results There were no postoperative infection occurred in these 16 patients, the operation were successful. Only one patient have tissue necrosis. Condusions The completed operation repair and the smoothly operative matching were the keys for successful operation.
