摘　　要：目的 探讨鼻咽癌患者使用PICC的安全问题。方法 对150例鼻咽癌患者实施PICC置管，分析护理人员实施PICC操作及护理过程中的安全隐患，提出相应的防范对策。结果 在PICC置管及护理过程中，护士缺少PICC理论知识；PICC护理技术操作不当；健康教育不到位；法律意识薄弱。结论 要加强护理人员对PICC操作及护理的安全意识，保证PICC使用的有效率，提高护理质量。Objective To investigate the security measures during the course of PICC for patients with nasopharynageal neophasms. Methods We have done PICC for 150 patients with NPC, analyzed the potential safety problems during managing and nursing PICC and make certain corresponding countermeasures. Results There were some problems existed： nurses know little about PICC;operated PICC inaccurately;nurses accepted little educations;nurses have little about corresponding law. Conclusions We should strengthen the safety ideas for nurses about PICC, to improve the safety and efficacy of PICC, and to improve the nursing quality.
