摘　　要：文章阐述了在文化共享工程中开展联合参考咨询服务的重要意义，介绍了“联合参考咨询网（UCDRS）”的总体设计、基本功能、数字资源整合和共享机制，并对40多个省、市图书馆开展联合参考咨询服务所取得的社会效益做出了评价。This article expatiates the significance during the developing of the Reference Inquiry Service of the culture sharing project, It also introduces the overall architecture, basic function, digital resource integration and shying mechanism of the UCDRS. Additionally, this article presents the economic and social benefits of this inquiry service within 33 libraries in different cities and provinces.
