摘 要:变压器干燥处理是要去除变压器芯体中的水份,提高绝缘体的电气性能,延长使用寿命。变压器绝缘系统运行的可靠性与绝缘体的干燥程度密切相关。热油喷淋是变压器干燥处#2理的一种主要方法,主要在大型变压器绝缘严重受潮、现场更换线圈和施工期限紧急的情况下应用。以220kV揭阳变电站主变线圈绝缘严重受潮时应用热油喷淋干燥方法为例,介绍此方法的应用效果;探讨有关工艺的实施过程,提出有关建议等。The dry treatment of transformer is used for wiping off the moisture in transformer core, increasing the electric performance of insulators and prolonging its use life. The operation reliability of transformer insulation system has a close relation with the dry degree of insulation. Hot oil shower is an important method of transformer dry treatment, it is used mainly in the site when a large transformer is affected with damp badly so that its coil must be replaced, or in the case that construction term is very hurry-up. Made the hot oil shower dry method to be as an example, which was used in 220kV Jieyang substation when the coil insulation of #2 main transformer was affected with damp badly, the application effect of this method is introduced, relative technology process is discussed and relative propose has been also presented.
