发达国家促进咨询业发展的政策分析

摘　　要：本文以目前世界上咨询业比较完善和发达的美、日、德等国家为例,从咨询机构的建设、市场开拓、资金支持和税收政策以及人才五个方面对发达国家政府促进咨询业发展的政策措施进行了分析,其目的是对我国咨询业的发展给予一定的借鉴。This article mainly takes the examples of consulting industry in the U. S., Japan and Germany, which have comparatively been developing rapidly and healthily in current world. The article analyzes the policies and measurements taken to improve the consulting industry by those countries＇ governments from five aspects of the consulting establishments＇ constmction, marketing expansion, financial support, tax policies and personnel education, aiming to give some advice to the development of consulting industry in our country.
