摘　　要：通过对静态电子轨道衡其承载器主梁的变形量、刚度、强度的计算,一台设计制造合理的静态电子轨道衡,使用40t砝码小车进行偏载测试,其结果比照JJG781-2002《数字指示轨道衡》检定规程要求使用24t砝码小车进行偏载测试更能有效验证轨道衡产品质量及设备的稳定性和准确性。By computing distortion quantity, rigidity and intensity about load receptor girder of electronic static rail weighbridge, shows that a reasonable electronic static rail weighbridge using the 40t weight car to carry on eccentricity test, whose result could effectively test and verify product quality, stability and correcmess of the equipment is better than using the 24t weight car according to JJG781-2002《Digital Indicating Railway Track Scale》verification regulation
