摘　　要：本文针对当前小区管理中的热点问题,剖析其中原因,并对物业管理如何在维护社区安定方面提出对策与建议。认为只有充分发挥物业管理在小区中的作用,才能使城市社区安全得到真正保障,才能确保城市居民安全,使社区、城市走上良性运行与和谐发展的道路。In view of current managment as a bot topic,which analyze individual causes,and how to safeguard social stability from property management and construction proposed countermeasures,Only by giving full play to the role of property management in the district can really protect the safety and urban communities to ensure the safety of urban residents,the community,the benign operation and harmonious development of cities on the road.
