摘 要:目的观察鬼急性肺水肿血浆中分子物质(Midme molecular substances,MMS)含量的变化。方法54只新西兰白兔随机分为实验组和对照组,实验组用大量输入生理盐水后加注0.1%肾上腺素生理盐水5mL/kg,复制出急性肺水肿;对照组只输入等量生理盐水,未注射肾上腺素。用改进的紫外吸收法分别测定实验前后血浆MMS值。结果实验组注射肾上腺素后出现肺水肿时与自身输液前相比,血浆MMS含量明显下降(P<0.05);与对照组相应时点相比,血浆MMS也明显下降(P<0.01)。结论肾上腺素所致急性肺水肿可以使家兔血浆MMS含量降低,其机制可能与应激反应有关。Objective To observe the changes of middle molecular substance (MMS) levels in the plasma of rabbits with acute pulmonary edema. Methods Fifty - four rabbits were randomly divided into pulmonary edema group (group E) and control group (group C) ,each group consisted of 27 rabbits. Rabbits in group E were transfused with 0.1% epinephrine (5mg/kg body weight) after a large amount of 0.9% NaCl solution transfusion so as to induce acute pulmonary edema, while rabbits in group C were only transfused with equal amount of 0.9 % NaCl solution, without epinephrine. The concentration of MMS was estimated in each group by improved ultra - violet ray absorption method before and after saline transfusion, as well as 30min after epinephrine transfusion. Resuits The concentration of MMS in group E decreased significantly ( P 〈 0.05) after epinephrine transfusion. It also decreased significantly compared with the level of the rabbits in group C at the same time point ( P 〈 0.001 ). Conclusion Acute pulmonary edema rabbits caused by epinephrine can reduce MMS levels in the plasma, a mechanism might be associated with stress reaction.
