摘　　要：棒材厂中小型车间轧机接轴使用的托架滑板长期受到磨擦力与冲击力的作用，在进口滑板失效后先后进行三次国产转化，未取得满意效果。经过实验与试用后，将滑板改用HS高硫合金材质。相对国产的QSn-4-4-4材料，性能价格比达到1：8，铜滑板使用寿命不足两个月，目前HS滑板的使用寿命可达半年以上。The bracket＇s sliding plate used as the rolling mill＇s spindle in the light - medium section workshop of the Bar Plant was transformed three times after its imported sliding plate lost efficacy, but not showing satisfactory effect. Through experiments and tryouts, HS alloy was used to make the sliding plate, the performance - price rate reaching 1 ： 8, compared with the domestically made QSn - 4 - 4 - 4 . The service life of a copper sliding plate is less than two months while that of HS sliding plate is as long as more than half a year.
