我院2003～2005年用于治疗结核病的氟喹诺酮类药利用分析

摘　　要：目的:了解氟喹诺酮类药在结核病化疗中的应用现状及趋势。方法:对我院2003～2005年用于结核病化疗的氟喹诺酮类药品种、用药数量、销售金额、用药频度(DDDs)、药物利用指数等进行统计、分析。结果:我院用于结核病化疗的氟喹诺酮类药达10个品种,3年中销售金额与DDDs均大幅增长。结论:氟喹诺酮类药用于结核病化疗越来越普遍,呈上升趋势。OBJECTIVE：To study the current status and trend of the use of fluoroquinolones in the treatment of tuberculosis.METHODS：Consumption of fluoroquinolones used for tuberculosis chemotherapy in Hebei Provincial Chest Hospital from 2003 to 2005 were audited and analyzed in terms of variety, volume, value, DDDs and drug utilization index.RESULTS： Fluoroquinolones used for tuberculosis treatment in our hospital amounted to 10 agents, and reported significant growths both in sales value and DDDs during the three years.CONCLUSION： Fluoroquinoloncs are gaining ground in the treatment of tuberculosis,showing a rising trend.
