摘　　要：目的:评价我院皮肤病用药现状及趋势。方法:对我院2001～2005年皮肤病用药品种和销售金额进行统计、分析。结果:抗变态反应性药、外用皮质激素和抗真菌药仍是主要用药,销售金额增长基本与就诊人／次增长持平。结论:维甲酸等非皮质激素类药将有很大的利用和开发空间;合理应用抗感染药是专科医院不可忽视的问题。OBJECTIVE：To study the use of dermatologicals,its current status and future trend in our hospital.METHODS：Consumption of dermatologicals used in 2001-2005 in our hospital was audited and analyzed in terms of drug category and sales value.RESULTS：Antiallergics,corticosteroids for external use and antifungals remained the most-consumed categories, with their increases in sales value basically on a par with medication persons/times. CONCLUSION ：Non-corticoid drugs such as Retinoic Acid have great potentials in application and development .The rational use of antiinfectives is an unignorable issue for hospitals of specialized practice.
