青霉素诱发18例癫痫样发作回顾性分析

摘　　要：目的:探讨青霉素诱发癫痫样发作的作用机制及影响因素。方法:检索中国生物医学文献数据库(1978年～2006年8月)、中国医院数字图书馆(1994年～2006年6月)中报道的有关青霉素诱发癫痫的文献,对其进行汇总分析。结果与结论:检索到青霉素诱发癫痫的患者18例,既往癫痫病史、肾功能不全、老年、婴幼儿、剂量过大是诱发癫痫的主要危险因素。OBJECTIVE： To analyze and discuss the mechanism and influencing factors associated with epileptiform seizure induced by penicillin.METHODS： Documents reporting on epileptiform seizure induced by penicillin, as recorded in CBMDisc（1978- Aug. 2006） and CHKD（1994-Jun. 2006）, were sorted out and consolidated for analysis. RESULTS ＆ CONCLUSION：Among the 18 cases of epileptiform seizure induced by penicillin, epilepsy history, renal inadequacy, old age, infants, excessive dosage were main risk factors.
