摘　　要：对239名麻风新病例的调查表明,病人在确诊时的平均病期为32.3个月。以单因素和多因素分析,筛选出影响病期的六个主要因素为:从第一次看病到怀疑麻风的就诊次数,发现症状时家人的反应,发现症状时病人的心理反应,发现方式,确诊年份和病人的性别。针对可干预的因素提出了相应的对策。Single factor and multi - variate analyses of disease duration in 239 leprosy patients with a mean disease duration of 32. 3 months showed that six factors had exerted main effect on it,including times of seeing doctor before suspected the disease,psychological reaction of the patient and their family to having the disease,way and time they were found and their sex. The authors put forward measures to intervene in these factors for early case-finding.
