摘 要:针对常规无油管采油技术存在的一系列问题,提出了液力反馈无油管采油技术。该技术将液力反馈原理应用到设计中,增加了杆柱下行动力,有效地解决了杆柱下行困难问题。该技术主要由井12分流技术和井下采油技术2部分组成,运用井口分流技术可直接对常规井口进行无油管采油。井下采油技术主要由空心抽油杆、空心杆扶正器、悬挂器、无油管抽油泵、防转器组成,其中无油管抽油泵和悬挂器是该技术的关键部件。现场应用表明,该技术在偏磨油井中使用,平均可延长生产周期3-6个月,平均提高泵效5%-8%,防偏磨效果明显。The hydraulic feedback and non-tubing production technology is developed for the existing problem of common non-tubing production technology. The hydraulic feedback principle is used in the design of the technology to increase the downward drive, thus solving the difficulty of the downward running of the rod string effectively. The technology mainly includes wellhead separation technology and downhole oil production technology. The wellhead separation technology can be used directly to perform the non-tubing production for the common wellhead. The downhoie oil production technology is mainly composed of hollow sucker rod, centralizer, hanger, non-tubing pump and ami-rotating device. Among them, non-tubing pump and hanger are the key parts in the technology. The field application indicates that the technology can extend the production period of 3-6 months, increase pump efficiency of 5%-8% and has obvious bias wear prevention effect.
