摘　　要：界定了科技中介和科技产业集聚的概念和范围,建立描述性模型来分析两系统互动机理,并以一个理想互动关系模式为模板,采用控制理论方法,建立动态优化调节模型,以此提出互动发展的目标和实现目标的对策建议。This thesis defines the concepts and scopes of S＆T intermediate and S＆T industrial agglomeration, lishes a descriptive model to analyze the interactional mechanism between the two systems. In this thesis, then estabby means of control theory, a optimizing model is established according to the template of perfect interaction. At last the thesis puts forward the objective of interactional development and the advice to reallize the objective.
