摘 要:目的探讨图形视诱发电位(P-VEP)对弱视眼的临床应用价值。方法选择弱视眼重度17只眼、中度17只眼、轻度13只眼。P-VEP图形刺激采用棋盘翻转形式,频率2Hz,空间频率采用0·19、0·38、1·55周/度,对比度为90%。另选正常44只眼作为对照,比较两组的峰时与振幅。结果与正常对照组相比,弱视眼在0·19、0·38、1·55三种空间频率P100峰时明显延迟,而振幅未见明显改变;但是重度弱视患者在最高空间频率时振幅与正常相比有所降低。结论应用P-VEP对弱视眼进行检测,可以判断弱视眼的视功能损害。Objective To compare the changes of peak time and amplitude of visual-evoked potential (VEP) graphics between the eyes with and without amblyopia. Methods We observed 47 eyes of 17 severe, 17 moderate and 13 mild amblyopia with pattern reversal VEP (P-VEP) (a frequence of 2 Hz, spatial frequencies of 0. 19, 0. 38 and 1.55 cycles/degree, and a contrast of 90%). The peak time and amplitude were compared between two groups. Results Compared with the controls, amblyopic eyes had a significant delay in P100 peak time at all three spatial frequencies. Although there was no significant difference in the amplitude between two groups group, the patients with severe amblyopia showed a decrease in amplitude at the highest spatial frequency (1.55 cycles/ degree) compared with control subjects.Conclusion Visual damage in amblyopic patients can be detected by the changes in P-VEP.
