30例非晶体硒平板探测器DR与CR胸腰段脊柱成像的比较

摘　　要：目的比较非晶体硒平板探测器DR与CR系统的临床胸腰段脊柱照片,通过观察者评分的比较,研究图像质量和解剖结构可见度。方法分析30对胸腰段脊柱照片图像,每对图像分别用DR和CR系统获得,并有相同的曝光指数范围。采用5点记分法进行观察者评分,评价12个解剖结构的图像质量和可见度。结果两种系统的图像质量差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。3个解剖结构(L1正位横突、T11侧位上下关节突和L1侧位棘突)的显示可见度,非晶体硒平板探测器DR系统优于CR系统,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);其他解剖结构的显示可见度差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论非晶体硒平板探测器DR系统的胸腰段脊柱成像的图像质量和解剖可见度等于或优于CR系统。Objective To compare clinical spine（thoracic vertebra and lumbar vertebra） radiographys o1 a amorphous selemum fiat-panel detector digital radiography system and a computed radiography system. The comparision was based on an observer preference to study image quality and visibility of anatomic structures. Methods Thirty pairs of spine radiographys were analyzed on video monitor（2 048 × 2 560 × 8bit）. In each pair,one radiography was obtained with amorphous selenium flat-panel detector digital radiography system, and the other radiography was obtained with computed radiography system. Each pairs of radiographys was obtained at same exposure index（EI）. Observer preference was evaluated for the image quality and the visibility of 12 anatomic structures using a five-point scale. Results （1）There was no difference between the images quality of the two system（P〉0.05）. （2） The visibility of 3 anatomic structures of the images obtained with the amorphous selenium flat-panel detector digital radiography system were significantly superior to those obtained with the computed radiography system（P〈0.05）. Conclusion The image quality and visibility of anatomic structures on the images obtained by the amorphous selenium fla-panel detector digital radiography system were equal or superior to the images from the computed radiography system.
