摘  要:目的研究超高压力对流感病毒影响。方法通过血凝素、感染性和RP-PCR等检测不同压力处理后流感病毒的变化。结果250MPa处理1h病毒感染力下降了4~5log10TCID50/ml,血凝效价变化不大;350MPa以上,病毒感染性完全消失,血凝效价也明显降低。但400MPa压力下仍可扩增出流感病毒组。结论流感病毒在250MPa压力下血凝素抗原损伤小,基因耐高压能力较强。Objective To study effects on the biological activity of influenza viruses by high hydrostatic pressure. Methods The influenza viruses,which were treated with 250 MPa,350 MPa and 400 MPa pressures, were tested by hemagglutin, viral infective titration and RT-PCR. Results Influenza viruses were completely inactivated at greater than 350 MPa within lh,but hemagglutin titers of the viral suspends were decreased consumedly. At 250 MPa pressure, infective viruses were reduced by more than 4 log10TCID50/ml, but the hemagglutins were destroyed lightly. The genomes of influenza viruses were integrality at 400 MPa by RT-PCR. Conclusion Hemagglutins were destroyed lightly by 250 MPa pressure and genome of influenza viruses was a better compression resistance.
