摘 要:以渐开线蜗轮为例,依据空间几何关系,首次给出了蜗轮三维螺旋扫掠路径与螺距的当量解析式。并利用MDT6.0二次开发功能,提出了一种简捷实用,又真实反映蜗轮运动型面的参数化实体建模的方法。该方法精度高(理论值),能解决圆柱蜗杆传动中“Zx”系列的蜗轮造型,还能进一步扩展解决环面蜗杆传动中“Tx”系列的蜗轮造型;能避免繁琐的数学运算,为数控加工提供了精确的坐标参数,也为各类复杂的蜗轮蜗杆传动的虚拟设计和研究奠定了良好的基础。According to space relation of geometry, forth -equivalent analytic geometry equation of the sweep diameter and the pitches to helix thread of three dimensions was introduced with involute worm wheel as an example. Making use of the MDT6. 0 and its secondary development function, a sort of parameterized design and solid modeling method was introduced. This method shows truely worm wheels sport typeface. The method has high accuracy ( the theories value) , which can solve the shaping of worm wheels of "the Zx" series in cylinder worm gearing, and can further expand to solve the shaping of worm wheels of "the Tx" series in hourglass worm gearing. It can avoid the tedious mathematic operation, and can provide the precision coordinate parameter for NC process. This method lays a good foundation for the dynamic virtual design, research of all kinds of complicated worm wheels and worm gearing.
