复方当归注射液对异丙肾上腺素诱导大鼠心肌缺血的保护作用

摘　　要：目的:利用异丙肾上腺素造成大鼠急性心肌缺血模型。观察复方当归注射液对大鼠缺血心肌的保护作用。方法:将60只大鼠分为空白对照组、模型对照组、复方当归注射液低、中、高剂量组,阳性对照组。观察复方当归注射液对各组大鼠心电图、血清中超氧化物歧化酶(SOD)和丙二醛(MDA)的影响。结果:复方当归注射液可对保护丙肾上腺素所致的大鼠急性心肌缺血,抑制心肌缺血大鼠的心电图ST段异常下移,并可增加血清中SOD活力,减少MDA生成。结论:复方当归注射液对大鼠心肌缺血有保护作用,其机制可能与抗脂质过氧化有关。Objective： To observe the protection action of Fufang Danggui injection on rat＇s myocardial ischemia established by isoproterenol. Method： Sixty rats were divided into 5 groups：normal control group, ischemia model group, Fufang Danggui injection （low, middle and high dose group）, positive control group. The effects of Fufang Danggui injection on the ECG,SOD and MDA in blood serum were observed. Result： Fufang Danggui injection could protect the acute myocardial ischemia induced by isoproterenol, restrain the offset of ST segment in ECG of rats with myocardial ischemia, improve the activity of SOD in serum, decrease the production of MDA. Conclusion ： Fufang Danggui injection has protection action on myocardial ischemia of rats, which mechanism may be related to the action of anti lipid peroxidetion.
