摘　　要：目的:探讨不同炮制方法对蛇床子中蛇床子素含量的影响。方法:以高效液相色谱法测定了不同炮制方法的蛇床子中蛇床子素的含量。结果:生品中蛇床子素的含量明显高于其他加热炮制品。结论:蛇床子素的含量随蛇床子的加热程度增加而减少。Objective： To explore the enfluexce of different processing methods on the content of osthole in Fructus Cnidii. Method： HPLC was used to determine osthole in Fructus Cnidii processed with different methods. Result： The contents of osthole in original Fructus Cnidii was much higher than that by heating process. Conclusion： The contents of osthole in Fructus Cnidii decrease with the temperature rising in heating process, the higher the temperature, the less the contents.
