摘　　要：介绍了纱条不匀在波谱图上的形态特征,通过对波谱图上机械波的分析,论述了针对罗拉、齿轮、轴、隐波、假波等5种不同故障部位和故障原因的机械波波长计算的典型算法,结合生产实践,对波谱分析方法和程序进行了归纳总结。This paper introduces yam unevenness shape characteristics revealed by spectrum. Through analyzing its mechanical waves, typical calculation of their mechanical wavelength on the 5 trouble-making positions of roller,gear, axes, conceal wave and false wave is thus worked out. Spectrum analysis method and its procedure are also summarized.
