摘　　要：在纺JC14.5tex纱的生产实践中进行了减少毛羽的研究,认为合理配棉、控制清梳机械主要机件转速、适当增加精梳落棉率、提高并条的伸直平行度、适当增大粗纱捻系数、控制细纱工艺、选择合理络筒工艺都可以达到减少纱线毛羽的目的。A research to reduce yarn hairiness in practical production of JC14.5 tex yarn was done to select reasonable cotton mixing, well control the running speed of main parts of seutching and cardlng,properly increase the rate of noil in combing, improve the straight and parallel of drawing, properly raise the roving twisting factor, control the spinning process and optimize cone-winding which help to reduce the yarn hairiness.
