摘　　要：利用国产传统纺纱设备生产JC7．3tex特细强捻纱，通过原棉选配、各工序工艺技术措施改进、纺纱专用器材选用、关键工序生产管理的落实，使JC7．3tex特细强捻纱成纱质量达到乌斯特2001公报5％-15％的水平，满足了生产高档优质巴里纱面料用纱的要求。To develop JC 7.3 tex extra-fine and strong twist yarn on home-made traditional spinning equipment is introduced in this article. Through cotton mixing and by adopting technical measures and use of special apparatus in various processes and enhancing production managemem, the quality of JC 7.3 tex extra-fine and strong twist yarn reaches the 5 % - 15 % level of 2001 Uster statistic and meets the requirement in weaving high-grade voile.
