摘　　要：介绍了对开式无内胎车轮的结构特点、使用性能及截面形状非对称内轮辋滚压成形工艺方案,阐述了模具设计的原理与工作要点。通过研发,形成了轮辋的大批量生产,产品质量稳定。The structural feature, operating performance of a bisect non-inner tube wheel were introduced. The scheme for roll forming a non-symmetrical section inner felloe, the principle for designing the clamping dies and the working points were described as well.
