摘　　要：分析了普通注射模在排气方面存在的不足以及导致产品出现缺陷的原因,提出了模具型腔抽真空排气的解决方法。研究了注射模各种型腔排气系统的设计原则、要点、结构及其应用范围和优点。The deficiency in air exhaust system of conventional injection mould and the cause of product defects were analyzed. A scheme of air exhaust by vacuating from mould cavity was developed to solve the problems. The design principle and key points, mould structure and range of application were researched as well.
