摘 要:根据非圆齿轮的啮合原理,对数控锥面砂轮磨齿机磨削椭圆齿轮进行研究,提出两种不同的机床结构运动形式.即砂轮移动型和砂轮固定型,并建立椭圆齿轮磨齿加工运动关系数学模型。由于椭圆齿轮的各个轮齿不同,其所需的展成行程也不相等,通过对展成和分度运动的详细分析.推导磨削每个齿槽的展成行程通用计算公式。最后给出加工实例,对两种加工方式中每个齿槽的基本加工参数进行了计算,并进行展成过程动态仿真。研究结果表明,利用数控锥面砂轮磨齿机磨削椭圆齿轮是完全可行的。According to the mesh theory of noncireular gears, the grinding of elliptical gears with CNC conical wheel gear grinding machine is studied. The machine structure and movement form of two machining methods, named grinding wheel transfer type and grinding wheel fixture type, are proposed. The movement relation mathematical models of elliptical gears grinding process are built. Because each tooth of elliptical gear is different from others, generating length of which is also different. Based on analyzing the generating and indexing movement, the universal generating longth formula of each tooth is proposed. Basic machining parameters of each tooth on two types machine are computed using practical example. The dynamic simulation of generating track is given. The research results show that the grinding of elliptical gears with CNC conical wheel gear grinding machine is feasible.
