摘  要:板料激光弯曲成形是利用高能激光束照射材料表面进而诱发产生热应力使板料发生塑性变形的新技术,但实现一个较大角度的弯曲以满足实际工程要求则必须沿同一轨迹重复扫描。因此,深入研究多道次成形过程中板料的动态变化过程对于将该技术推向实用化具有重要意义。针对该特点,建立了多道次激光弯曲成形的三维热力耦合有限元模拟模型,研究了扫描过程中的温度、形变以及应力变化情况,并分析了能量密度对弯曲变形的影响规律,为多道次激光扫描工艺参数的优化和变形机理的研究提供依据。Laser beening is a new technique realized the deforming by the stress induced by the laser beam irradiating on the surface of sheet metal. But in order to gain a large bending angle for the real manufacture, a multiple-irradiation strategy is needed. Therefore, reseaching into the dynamic process is so significant for pushing the technique into practicality. According to the characteristies, a 3 - D thermal - mechanical coupled model of multiple - irradiation laser bending process has been built. The variation of temperature, deformation and stress has been numerically calculated. The effect of laser energy density on bending angle is also studied. On the basis of FEM, the parameters can be optimized and the bending process can be well analysised.
