基于PCI-6014的程控半导体激光器驱动电源设计

摘　　要：利用NI公司的PCI-6014数据采集卡,设计了程控半导体激光器驱动器,介绍了驱动器软硬件的设计方法。该驱动电源具有硬件电路简单,稳定度高,线性度好、软件操作方便等优点,同时增加了实时监控半导体激光器的驱动电流和测量其Ⅰ～Ⅴ特性的功能。给出了详细的测试数据,测试结果证明,该驱动电源具有具体的指标和良好的性能。A programmable driver for semiconductor lasers is designed by using PCI - 6014 DAQ fabricated by NI company. The design methods of software and hardware are presented. The driver is characterized by its simple hardware circuit, high stability, good llnearity and convenient software operation etc.. Two functions such as real - time monitoring drive current and measuring Ⅰ ～ Ⅴ characteristic of semiconductor laser are imposed on this system. The detailed test data is presented and the experimental results indicate that the driver power is of excellent performance.
