摘  要:为探索喉气管狭窄松解瘢痕组织的方法,近四年来,对七例严重的喉气管狭窄病人进行开放性“T”型硅胶管置入术,术中应用CO2激光切除、松解瘢痕组织,所有病人术后8~12月成功拔管。The stenosis of the larynx and tracheal continues to represent a major challenge to otolaryngologists and head and neck surgeons. Since four years, seven patients with laryngeal and tracheal stenosis have been treated in our hospital. The stenosis was vaporized using CO 2 laser, then a soft silicone T tube stent was applied. All of the patients were decannulated at 8 12 months after surgery. CO 2 laser has been proved a useful adjunct for treatment of severe laryngeal and tracheal stenosis.
