摘 要:目的利用心肌声学造影观察钾离子通道开放剂尼克地尔的延迟性心肌保护作用。方法18只犬平均分为实验对照组、尼克地尔组及格列苯脲组,经药物预处理后24h,建立动物模型,利用心肌声学造影评价再灌注后心肌梗死面积、组织灌注及功能恢复。结果尼克地尔预处理明显减少再灌注后心肌梗死面积、改善心肌组织再灌注及心功能恢复。而格列苯脲可以阻断保护作用。结论尼克地尔对犬缺血再灌注后心肌在结构和功能上具有延迟性保护作用,钾离子通道在此过程起重要作用。Objective To evaluate the delayed protective effects of nicorandil, an ATP sensitive potassium channel opener, with myocardial contrast echocardiography in canine model-Methods A total of 18 mongrel dogs were divided into 3 groups: the control group, nicorandil group and glibenclamide group. Twenty-four hours after pretreatment with nicorandil, animal models were constructed. Infarct size, myocardial perfusions and functional recovery were accessed with myocardial contrast echocardiography. Results Pretreatment with nicorandil reduced obviously the infarct size and ameliorated the myocardial perfusion and functional recovery after reperfusion. Glibenclamide blocked the protective effects. Conclusions Nicorandil had protective effects on myocardial structural and functional recovery after reperfusion. Potassium channel plays an important role in the process.
